Less chasing.
More doing.
Arun’s building the page. Leena’s finding the invoices. If one expects cents and the other sends dollars, “finished” won’t mean much.
You’re Maya, their team lead.Help them get on the same page.

Same invoice. Same details.

You’re still
in charge.
A shared plan gives everyone direction.
The decisions stay with your team.
- Your tools, your call.
- The idea is to share the plan, not take over your tools. You still decide how and when to use them.
- No quiet changes of plan.
- If something changes, everyone should know what changed and whether it affects their work.
- You have the last word.
- A tool saying “done” isn’t enough. Your team checks the work, and a person decides whether it’s ready.
A few things
to know.
What’s planned, and what you can try today.
Can I connect my tools right now?
Not on this page. Claude Code, Codex, and GitHub are planned connections. The example runs in your browser and doesn’t connect to your tools.
Will PlanRelay start work on its own?
The plan is for you to start and control your own tools. Your team agrees on the work and the details that need to match.
What happens when I accept the example?
Maya accepts the work in the walkthrough. Nothing is merged, published, or saved. In real work, your team still decides when to release.
